Sure, you can specify the nominated person who will receive your delivery on your behalf at the time of fixing the delivery schedule with our logistics team via call. The nominated person must present the Order confirmation message (email or sms), Emirates ID, or Passport.
Our Logistics team will call one day before the planned delivery date, and you can suggest a convenient day and time.
